Administration
NSET’s Administration is the engine of our organization, ensuring the smooth and consistent running of our offices and providing support to programs and projects implemented. Staff recruitment & development, goods & service procurement, documentation & communication and daily operations are the key areas NSET Administration has been dealing with.
NSET has 223 full time staff as of August 1, 2016 record. Specially after the Gorkha Earthquake 2015, NSET has almost doubled the staffing specially to provide technical support on housing reconstruction in earthquake affected districts namely in Dhading, Nuwakot and Dolakha and also for school support in many locations. NSET core Admin team is to oversee all NSET staff and their deployments.
NSETs staff recruitment and development processes are very much professional and standardized based on need, demand and sustainability perspectives as well as future prospects.
NSET has been important learning venue for the students and professional practitioners from various disciplines. That is the reason NSET also accepts and hosts Volunteers and Interns to the areas of its work.
