Administration Division
The Administration Division of NSET aims to increase the efficiency of the organization through effective operation and management of information, human resources and other logistics in the organization. The objectives of this Division are to develop and update policies, guidelines and manual for Human Resource Management (HRM), Operation and Procurement, develop strategy and procedure and guide/support to all divisions of NSET on HRM, Program Operation and Procurement, develop Operation Plan for NSET and more.
Considering all the critical activities to be performed under this division, there are 3 units: Human Resources Unit (People Management), Operation Unit (Management Element), and Procurement unit (Resource Element).
