NSET participates in the 15th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering
15th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering (WCEE) was held from 24 to 28 September 2012 in Lisbon the capital city of Portugal. WCEE is a mega event observed every four years. The last WCEE was held in China and the next is planned in Chile in 2016. Prominent institutions and individuals working in the field of Earthquake Engineering all over the world take this opportunity to share their findings and experiences to each other. This year more than 3000 participants from all over the world attended the conference. 16 Papers from Nepal were selected for the mega event and the event was participated by 14 delegates from Nepal, 4 from Department of Education, Government of Nepal and 10 from National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET).
