These participants are mainly from Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), German Red Crescent, Rescue 1122 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA), Baharia College and Network of Disaster Management Practitioners (NDMP). The course is being facilitated by instructors from PRCS, NDMP and Nepal Police; and monitored by senior PEER CADRE instructor from Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS).
