Masons Training started at Bhimeshwor Municipality
As a part of NSET's Building Code Implementation Program in Municipalities of Nepal (BCIPN), Mason Training on Earthquake Resistant Construction of Building for masons and contractors working inside Bhimeshwor Municipality has been started yesterday at Bhimeshwor Municipality, Charikot, Dolakha.This program will run for five days till 28th of February, 2015. This Training program is jointly organized by Department of Urban development and Building Construction Division Office, Kavreplanchowk, Bhimeshwor Municipality and NSET-Nepal. There are 23 participants (masons and contractors) from different wards of this Municipality.
Two Orientation programs for social mobilizers and Social Health Volunteers are planned for 25th and 26th of February, 2015 respectively. These orientation programs will help to identify potential surveyors for Risk Perception Survey going to be held here at Bhimeshwor Municipality from next week. Recently MOU was signed between DUDBC division office, Municipality and NSET.
