Deeply Mourned at the Sad Demise of NSET President
With much pain, I share with you the news on untimely demise of Mr. Shiv Bahadur Pradhanang, the Founding President of NSET.
Mr. Pradhanang was a natural leader of engineering community of Nepal – he commanded respect from all because of his excellence of engineering decision, strict financial management and compliance of the rules of law, transparency of decision and sincerity in the sense of duty to the people and nation.
At this point, on behalf of about 275 NSET staff, I pledge to all our friendly institutions, international partners, donors, and all well-wishers that NSET will continue subscribing the engineering ethics, transparency of our action, financial discipline and respect of the rule of law in all acts and services of NSET.
I declare that NSET will remain closed on Monday, August 22, 2016 in honor of Mr. Pradhanang!
