| Earthquake Awareness
Rally
Time: 3:00 pm- 4:30 pm.
 In
commemoration of 1988 Earthquake, Dharan Municipality organized an awareness
rally involving the participants from different indigenous groups, schools,
professional associations, NGO/ CBOs and other government agencies. About
1000 people participated the rally starting from Dharan Municipality office-Chhata
chowk- Laxmi Chowk- Purano Bazaar- Machha bhoudi –Bhanuchowk holding
banner and play cards with earthquake awareness messages. The rally was
also participated by the former mayor, Chief/Executive Officer and other
political leaders.
