Community Earthquake Learning Center resides at the panoramic and planned terrain of designated "Institutional Area" of Bhainsepati Awas Chhetra Lalitpur, Nepal. Among other many features, CELC hosts the Office of National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET). The locality is around 2 kilometers far from Ring Road outside in southern part of Kathmandu Valley.
